New Zealand Superannuation Fund (NZ Super Fund) is a corporate pension fund based in Auckland, New Zealand. Established in 2001, the NZ Super Fund is a New Zealand government savings vehicle to help pre-fund the future cost of universal superannuation. The objective of the fund is to maximize the fund's return over the long term so as to reduce future New Zealanders' tax burden. The assets of the fund are managed by the board members.
