Mr. Rogelio De Los Santos serves as Managing Director at Alta Ventures Mexico. He is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Dalus Capital where he serves as a director in Capital Tech, Converus, eFactor, Fricaeco, Inmobly, Nuve, Revelo, and Wanderu. He is also an angel investor. He serves as Board Observer at Xertica. He also serves as Board Member at Revelo and Auria Capital. He founded and launched seven companies as a serial entrepreneur and supports the venture capital industry in Mexico. Mr. de los Santos serves as a Managing Director at the Kickstart Seed Program. He experiences in diverse areas including mining, logistics, education and entertainment. Mr. De los Santos served as Venture Partner and Entrepreneur in Residence at vSpring Capital. Before joining vSpring Capital, he was Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Xtreme Cinemas, which he sold to Cinepolis in 2007. Previous to Xtreme Cinemas, he founded and now serves on the board of Instituto para la Capacitación y Certificación. He is a Trustee of Tec de Monterrey and chairs the Eugenio Garza Lagüera Entrepreneurship Institute. Also as an honorary board member of ASEM (Entrepreneurs National Association), Impulsa (Junior Achievement), and advisor to Auria Capital. In 1999, Mr. de los Santos founded Dalus, which he sold in 2001. He also founded and was the Chief Executive Officer at Generación Empresarial Mexicana. Currently, he is an investor and board member of IOS Offices and participates as a mentor at Endeavor Mexico and serves on the board of Enlace E+E. He serves as Council Board Secretary at Energy Corporation Limited. Mr. De los Santos received a Master in Business Leadership from Duxx Graduate School of Business Leadership in 1998 and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in 1992 and an honorary degree from Babson College. He also serves on the Board of Converus and Wanderu.
