Description

Mr. Benjamin Zises is the Founder of SuperAngel.Fund. Mr. Zises co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer at RetailMLS. He is a Co-Founder of [L]earned Media and also serves as its Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Zises rejoined TriArch Real Estate Group in December 2016 as Chief Operating Officer (he previously worked at the company from 2010-2013). Mr. Zises is a highly active angel and syndicate lead with a focus on DTC/consumer and proptech startups, pre/seed stage. He also operates under the brand SuperAngel and SuperAngelSyndicate. He is responsible for streamlining and growing all corporate activities as well as the day-to-day operations of the company, which include its property management and brokerage services divisions -TriArch Management Inc. and TriArch Realty, LLC. He brings a wide range of industry experience including deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, technology, fundraising, acquisitions, investor relations, asset/property management, and leasing. He also holds a NY State Real Estate Broker License and has acted as a General Partner in numerous multifamily and mixed-use properties. Prior to rejoining TriArch he spent 2.5 years as Chief Operating Officer of [L]earned Media, an NYC-based content marketing and design agency where he built a real estate marketing practice. Before that, he founded RetailMLS.com, the industry's first multiple listing service dedicated exclusively to retail space. He graduated from Boston University's School of Hospitality Administration and holds a Certificate in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University. He is a 2X Outward Bound Alum and ran the New York City Marathon in 2007. He was a founding board member of the Manhattan Roller Hockey League (MRHL) and actively advises several early-stage companies including Quip, where he was a founding advisor and the first investor. He is also an Executive Board Member of the Boston University Hillel and founder of the BU Hillel - NYC Alumni Network.
